New Student Registration

Did you know?  You can complete registration forms BEFORE you come to register your child for school!  A link to the registration packet is located at the bottom of this page.  Simply click the link to print the registation packet and complete it at home.  This will speed up the registration process when you arrive at our offices!

Your child need not be present for registration
(except when registering Kindergarten students).

To complete the registration process you must have:

 

  • Student(s) birth certificate
  • Lease/Purchase Agreement/Deed/Mortgage

                  (updated lease agreements MUST be provided to schools yearly)

 

  • 1 additional proof of residence – examples listed below:

*  Employment/Payroll Record

*  Recent utility bill (electric, gas)

*  Voter registration

*  Income tax record

*  Insurance record (home/auto)

*  Welfare statement

*  Drivers license (with current address)

 

  • Proof of custody or guardianship (if applicable)
  • Current IEP or MFE (if applicable)
  • Student(s) immunization record
  • Last report card (if available)

KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION - IMPORTANT NOTICE!

If you have a child who will be five on or before September 30, 2010 and will be attending Willoughby-Eastlake kindergarten, please call your neighborhood school for an appointment and a registration packet (or click here for registration packet). If you do not know your home school or you need additional information, please call 975-3784.

For Kindergarten registration, your child does need to be present.

All Day Everyday Kindergarten will be offered tuition-free at all seven Willoughby-Eastlake Elementary Schools for 2010-2011. As an option, new state legislation requires districts to accommodate kindergarteners whose parents elect to enroll them for only half day kindergarten. However, half-day kindergarten will only be provided in the AM and bus transportation will not be provided at the mid-day dismissal.
