These are exciting times to be in education. We have so much to be proud of as a school community. We are on the move! After a year of listening, learning and engaging with people across the school district and seven communities, we have launched our Portrait of a Graduate and our Shared Vision 2024-2026. Our portrait highlights the skills and competencies that will assure that all of our students are future ready.  Cultivating communicators, collaborators, critical thinkers, and creators is one of our top priorities as a school system. It is important that our students are resilient and empathetic as they develop their skills for their future beyond high school.

We have been focused on rolling out many new systems, structures and programs that highlight our unwavering commitment to continuous improvement. Change is never easy, yet, I remain impressed by the resilience of our staff and students. The Willoughby-Eastlake school system is a special place, and I remain grateful to serve the community during this exciting chapter in the history of our district. 

Each and every day we work hard to keep a sharp focus on academics, student safety and student well-being. As a learning organization, we promise to:

We remain committed to advance our shared vision. Thanks to the support of a visionary School Board and our seven communities, I can say with confidence that our future looks bright and we are truly leading the way in education.
